Staff recommends that the City Council adopt an Ordinance establishing the prohibition of vehicles in excess of seven tons per Type 3 truck (truck with 3 axles), in excess of seven tons per Type 3S2 truck (truck and semi-trailer with 5 axle), and in excess of eight tons per Type 3-3 (truck and fuller trailer with 6 axles) from using North Coast Highway Bridge over San Luis Rey River Bridge north of State Route 76 (SR-76).
